Welcome to Your Sleep Clinic. By booking a service or programme through our website, email, or social media channels, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. About Us

Your Sleep Clinic provides sleep support and consulting services to individuals, families, schools, and businesses. Our services include CBT-I based programmes, workshops, and consultancy tailored to a range of needs including insomnia, shift work, menopause, mental health, and performance support.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking for all services, including individual consultations, group programmes, and business workshops.

  • Payment confirms your booking and secures your place in our diary.

  • Payment can be made via Stripe, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

  • Businesses may receive an invoice where agreed in advance, with payment due upon receipt.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

For individuals:

  • 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

  • Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

For businesses:

  • Workshop or training cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may incur a 50% charge.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged in full.

  • Rescheduling may be accommodated where possible, depending on availability.

4. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • All personal and sensitive information shared is treated confidentially and stored securely in line with UK GDPR.

  • Information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law or safeguarding obligations.

5. Your Responsibilities

By engaging in our services, you agree to:

  • Participate in sessions respectfully and on time.

  • Provide accurate and relevant information to help tailor support effectively.

  • Understand that results vary and your commitment is a key factor in achieving positive change.

  • Providing evidence-based, professional support aligned with best practices (CBT-I and related frameworks).

  • Maintaining high standards of confidentiality, safety, and respect.

  • Offering clear communication and ethical service delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide high-quality, evidence-based support, Your Sleep Clinic does not guarantee specific outcomes, as individual results may vary depending on personal circumstances and engagement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Your Sleep Clinic, including its owner and any associates, will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services.

  • You agree that participation in any sleep support service is voluntary and at your own discretion and risk.

  • Lindsey Hanna, trading as Your Sleep Clinic, accepts no personal liability for any claims, losses, or damages resulting from the use of information or support provided.

8. Intellectual Property

All resources, handouts, workbooks, and materials provided during sessions or workshops remain the intellectual property of Your Sleep Clinic and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission.
